Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the mpo20 Platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, a valid email address, an active Indonesian mobile telephone number, and a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. mpo20 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at the contact details provided in Clause 14.
mpo20 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: a copy of a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), a selfie holding the ID document, a recent bank statement or e-wallet transaction history confirming ownership of the payment method on file, and proof of address. Failure to provide adequate KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
All mpo20 accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No other currency is accepted. Any funds received in a currency other than IDR will be declined at the payment gateway level.

The payment method used to make a deposit must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of funds and possible account suspension.
Deposits made via supported bank transfer and e-wallet channels are typically credited to a Player's account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. mpo20 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction charges of their own.
Withdrawal requests are processed by mpo20's finance team within a target window of one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours from the time of approval, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are disbursed solely to the bank account or e-wallet registered to and verified in the Player's own name. mpo20 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's payment page and are subject to change without prior notice. Players are advised to check current limits before initiating a transaction.
Accounts with a real-money balance that have not recorded any login activity for a period of 180 consecutive days may be classified as dormant. mpo20 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified via registered email before any fee is applied.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by mpo20 are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Condition s, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly displayed at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of this period.
Not all games on the mpo20 Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting markets (including bandar bola — football bookmaking — and mix parlay — multi-bet accumulators) and slot games (including slot gacor — high-payout slot titles) typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. The applicable contribution rates for each game category are published in the promotion's specific terms.
mpo20 monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed returns (arbitrage), wagering only on statistically low-risk outcomes to meet wagering thresholds, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided, and mpo20 reserves the right to deduct any winnings generated through abusive play from the Player's real-money balance.
First-time depositing Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus subject to minimum deposit thresholds and wagering requirements as specified in the current welcome promotion terms. The welcome bonus is limited to one claim per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. mpo20 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome promotion at any time without prior notice.
All bets placed on the mpo20 Platform are subject to acceptance by mpo20 in its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued to the Player. mpo20 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason, including but not limited to situations where the Platform suspects irregular betting patterns or technical anomalies.
Odds on sports markets, including BRI Liga 1 matches, EPL fixtures, Champions League ties, Timnas Indonesia international matches, and other covered events, are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that wager. mpo20 operates on a voor bola (handicap-adjusted) odds model for applicable football markets.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's account in circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours, walkover, or a demonstrable technical error in the odds or market configuration. Void bets are not counted toward any wagering requirement calculations.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to a brief delay to ensure data integrity. mpo20 accepts no liability for any network latency experienced by the Player during live betting that may result in a bet being placed at different odds from those the Player intended. All confirmed bet reference numbers are final.
All casino games, including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and other certified providers, operate on certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. mpo20 does not influence game outcomes in any way beyond the standard house edge built into each game's certified mathematics.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on mpo20 are operated under standardized draw schedules. Draw results are sourced from officially published reference draws. Any discrepancy between a Player's expected result and the official draw result will be resolved in favor of the officially published outcome.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mpo20 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the mpo20 Platform — including but not limited to the mpo20 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game assets, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of mpo20 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of mpo20.
Third-party game content is the intellectual property of the respective studios (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming) and is used by mpo20 under valid licensing agreements. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
mpo20's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect your data in transit. mpo20 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been violated, that the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the welfare of the Player.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting mpo20 customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completed KYC verification.
Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via our Responsible Gaming page or by contacting our support team directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has elapsed (for temporary exclusions) or by a formal written request after a mandatory cooling-off period (for permanent exclusions).

When material changes are made, mpo20 will notify registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo20 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, as selected by mpo20 in its discretion.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent mpo20 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm to the Platform or other players.
